RETURNS POLICY
Non Faulty Items
If, after receiving an
item, you decide that
a) you no longer want it, or
b) the item is different from our description of it
AND
c) the item is in pristine re-saleable condition
(with all original packaging, manuals, cables,
driver CDs etc)
let us know within 7 days and we will either replace it or refund
the purchase price.
If the item is returned,
there may be a restocking fee (of up to 20%) depending on the item.
We will let you know if this is the case.
Faulty Items Under Warranty
If you find that your
item is faulty, and it is under warranty, you may either contact us
to have it replaced or repaired under warranty, or you may contact
the manufacturer directly. See our
Warranty Policy page for
manufacturer specific details.
Faulty Items Not Under
Warranty
If you find that your
item is faulty, and it is not under warranty, contact us at
info@decision1.co.nz or 03 471 8232 to log a job. If
the item is a specialist item, we may forward the item on the the
appropriate service provider. We will notify you if this is
the case.
