HELPDESK
Our online helpdesk is available to you if you subscribe
to one of our
Managed Services.
The online helpdesk allows you
and all
of your
users to view, edit and log jobs within our system. Helpdesk Online
is the ticketing system we use to manage our daily activities, and
now you can manage the your jobs with us using this software.

In order to login
you require a username and password, and each of your users can have
their own login if you wish. Users can only see their own jobs (ie
Jane can only see jobs for Jane), but you can also have an
administrative user, who can see and log jobs for all users
on your
network.

Once you are logged in you will
have access to see your current and past jobs (tickets). You
can view the details of the job, what work has been done and how
long it took.
You can also add your own
comments to the job, or pass messages to the technician.

You can also enter in new job
requests. Once saved these automatically appear in our office,
where we can begin to resolve the problem.
You may also look up our
knowledge base (FAQ's) and look for a resolution to your problem
yourself.
