COVID-19 Response, 24th March 2020
Now that we have been informed that New Zealand will be moved up to Alert Level 4 as from midnight on Wednesday 25th March, we have reviewed our response to this crisis.
As we are able to continue our operations while working remotely, our services will continue with some restrictions.
Response as of today, 24th March 2020
As from today, 24th March 2020, we will continue our operations as normal, with the following restrictions:
SERVICE:
SALES:
We are still able to provide quotes as normal. We are currently unsure what the changes mean to the supply chain, and if orders can be filled as normal. We anticipate that the supply chain will continue as normal, with delays. As we receive information from our suppliers, we will let you know the state of the supply chain.
Onsite Visits
We will NOT be attending ANY site. Any issue that cannot be resolved remotely will need to be deferred until the Alert Level is lowered.
Visits to our Office
Our office will now be closed until further notice. We may be able to receive equipment that require in-person repair. Please contact us in this instance for instructions.
