COVID-19 Response, 28th April 2020
Now that we have been informed that New Zealand will be moved down to Alert Level 3 as from midnight on Monday 27th April, we have reviewed our response to this crisis.
We are currently working remotely, and we will continue to work in this way until further notice.
Response as of 28th April 2020As from the 28th April 2020, we will continue our operations whilst working from home. Our ticket response will continue as follows:

We are able to provide quotes as normal.
We are able to fulfill orders as normal.
Onsite Visits
We may consider attending a site in an EMERGENCY. Each case will be evaluated individually, on its own merits. In this first instance, all efforts to resolve the issue remotely (as detailed above) must be exhausted first, before an onsite visit is considered.
Visits to our Office
Our office continues to be closed until further notice. We may be able to receive equipment that require in-person repair. Please contact us in this instance for instructions.

- In the first instance we will attempt to resolve all tickets remotely.
- If remote support is not possible, we will utilise any staff onsite and talk them through resolving the issue over the phone.
- If the issue can’t be resolved in any way remotely, we will discuss with you whether the fault can be worked around temporarily, or deferred to another time.
- In all circumstances, we will work through the issue and resolve it in what ever way works best for you.
