We are no longer working remotely, but there will continue to be some restrictions.
Response as of 9th June 2020
We are now back operating from 26 Bath Street. We are very pleased to be back to our usual routine, but there are still some restrictions.
Our ticket response will continue as follows:
SERVICE:
SALES:
We are able to provide quotes as normal and we are able to fulfill orders as normal. We are happy to setup face-to-face or video conferences during this time, and we are always available via phone. We will now be arranging meetings again, but if you would prefer a video conference, let us know and we will set one up.
Onsite Visits
We are now able to attend onsite, however we will first ensure the work cannot be completed remotely. All Health & Safety guidelines will be followed. If you have additional guidelines specific to your site that we should follow, please let us know before we arrive.
Visits to our Office
Our office is now open, so you may now come in and visit, or courier items to our office. However, we are only receiving people into our reception, and not into our workshop or offices. If you have an issue that you think requires substantial one-on-one time with a tech, we are happy to attend your site for this work.

- In the first instance we will attempt to resolve all tickets remotely.
- If the issue can’t be resolved in any way remotely, we will attend your site, following all Health & Safety guidelines.
- In all circumstances, we will work through the issue and resolve it in what ever way works best for you.
