Now that we have been informed that New Zealand will be moved down to Alert Level 2 as from midnight on Tuesday 8th September, we have reviewed our response to this crisis.
We are currently working remotely, and we will continue to work in this way until further notice.

As from the 8th September 2021, our operations will be conducted whilst working from home and at the office.
Our ticket response will continue as follows:
SERVICE:
We are able to provide quotes as normal and we are able to fulfill orders as normal. We are happy to setup face-to-face video conferences during this time, and we are always available via phone. We won't be pursuing meetings with you during this time, but if you would like a video conference, let us know and we will set one up.
Onsite Visits
We are now able to attend onsite, however we will first ensure the work cannot be completed remotely. All Health & Safety guidelines will be followed. If you have additional guidelines specific to your site that we should follow, please let us know before we arrive.
Visits to our Office
Our office is now open, but we prefer office visit are kept to a minimum. We are be able to receive equipment into our office if necessary.

- In the first instance we will attempt to resolve all tickets remotely.
- If remote support is not possible, we will utilise any staff onsite and talk them through resolving the issue over the phone.
- If the issue can’t be resolved in any way remotely, we will attend your site, following all Health & Safety guidelines.
- In all circumstances, we will work through the issue and resolve it in what ever way works best for you.
