Start by...Sending Us an Email
Send an email to email@example.com detailing your issue and the email heads straight into our ticketing system, figures out who you are, assigns your normal tech and sends you and the tech an email so you both know what's going on.
Or...Use the Portal
go to www.decision1.co.nz and press LOGIN to go to your portal. You can create a new ticket from here, and check up on your other tickets while you are there.
