1 Proposal
Once we understand your requirements we will prepare a proposal for you. The proposal will include details and pricing of all the products you require to achieve the goals of the project. It will also include a fixed installation price. |
2 Approval
Once you are satisfied that the project details match your requirements, and you give us your approval to go ahead, we will provide you with a purchase confirmation that will outline the products you will purchase and the details of the installation. Once you have approved the purchase confirmation, we will go ahead and order your product and prepare for the installation. |
3 Project Plan
Once you have given your approval we will prepare a project plan for you. This will detail exactly when and how we will implement your project. We will outline any downtime you can expect, and what areas of your network will be affected. |
4 Installation Process
Once the pre-arranged day(s) arrive we will install the products as described in the project plan. During the process we will keep you up to date with progress and highlight any issues that may arise so that they can be dealt with quickly. Once the proect is completed we will ask you to test the implementation to check if it operates in the way you require. |
5 Satisfaction Guaranteed
We expect that any project we work on will meet your requirements. If for some reason this does not happen we will work until it does, all within the quoted price. |
6 Project Completion
Once the project has been completed to your satisfaction we will provide you with a document that records the project from start to finish. |
